What is proofreading?
Proofreading ensures that your document is clear, concise and error-free by reviewing it for errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar and formatting.

What is copy editing?
Copy editing reviews your writing to make sure it sounds professional and there are no typographical errors. It checks your work for clarity, accuracy, style, tone and consistency. For non-native speakers of English, a copy editor can also help to make sure your sentences sound natural in English.

How long will it take?
As we work with many different types of written work, the turnaround time is dependent on the length and complexity of the document. We aim to meet your needs and can offer an express turnaround time for those with tight deadlines.

How do I submit my document?
Most of the documents we work with are in MS Word or PDF format and can be submitted via e-mail. If your document is in a different format, i.e. Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel etc, please discuss this with us before submitting.

What about confidentiality?
All the work you submit to us will be kept confidential and secure. At no time will we share details of your work with anyone else. Discretion is our middle name!
